"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a fabulous service! I phoned yesterday and was helped hugely in finding what himself wanted, especially as I didn't have the right part name!! It safely arrived this morning, fantastic customer service and I am delighted - as I know Chris will be. It may also mean one of the scooters may run without a hitch next year - now that would be a Christmas miracle!!"
